1. Start with writing down the name of your rental property and the address. Provide your full name, contact information, and hours you are available.

This can include maximum occupancy rules, maximum or minimum number of days guests are expected to book, noise levels, and other rules specific to your property. You can also include a clean-up requirement, and that all guests will be expected to leave the property at a certain level of cleanliness upon check-out day.
